Collect your BIB
Pick up your race kit and pin your BIB on the front of your T-shirt.
Arrive early
Reach the venue well before your category’s start to warm up and find your corral.
Hydrate
Drink water the evening before and in the morning — refreshments are provided after the run.
Wear tested shoes
Race in shoes and clothes you have already trained in — no new gear on race day.
Know your pace
Start comfortably and finish strong; the 5 KM and 1 KM runs are all about enjoying it.
Medical support
Medical support is available on course — tell a volunteer if you feel unwell.
